Sunday, March 14
Cultural Night
Come join us in the Carolan Room for a phenomenal display of Irish Culture as fostered by our club! Performances include the GAC Pipe Band, the Lenihan Dancers, thespians, The Shamrogues, many other musicians and more.
Monday, March 15
Pogey
The GAC, together with Feile, presents a concert with the band Pogey, a huge favorite from many Irish festivals.
The kitchen will be open at 5pm with a limited menu of Irish fare, fish & chips, corned beef sandwiches, Irish stew, bangers, and Shepard's Pie.
The concert begins at 7pm. Tickets are $10.00 per person and are available from Ray Corby @ (203)767-9002.
Wednesday, March 17
The St. Patrick's Day festivities begin with the annual raising of the flag and refreshments at 10am at the club. Following the raising of the flag, we will assemble in the parking lot across from Harbor Yard at approximately 11:30 a.m. for the Greater Bridgeport Saint Patrick Day Parade where we will be lead by our very own Fairfield Pipe and Drum Band.
After the parade, its back to the club for a FULL day of entertainment and fun!
Beginning at noon, the kitchen will be open serving corn beef sandwiches, fish & chips, chicken fingers & fries. Irish chocolate and potato chips will also be available.
